another week nearly over

wow this month is zooming.... and school holidays are nearly finished, which have been pretty good. Mum & dad took Meah this week to their place so its just been the boys. Jason is finally back at work after 7 months of being home due to 2 knee reconstructions (self inflicted football injury)... he's only back on light duties so just in the office, so no away work... bugger!!!!
Zac starts cricket tomorrow, should be interesting, not sure i'll make a good cricket mum, having to sit there for soooo long, lucky my best friend Carol will be there to chat to.

So on the scrappin front... lets see.

This week at Scrapboutique they started the Passion for Fashion comp. Each week they will give us a 'fashion topic' to scrap... this week was Haute Couture.... yeah I had no idea so spent a few hours googling it and came up with a nice layout. can't show it here yet though, you'll have to wait
Yesterday we had a GREAT class... 9 girls came for the school holiday special class.... we did two double layouts.....there were 5 new faces here which was fantastic, and everyone had a great time..... I would just like to thank everyone who came as it was one of the most enjoyable classes I have taught in a while.

Here are the pages we did;
I did this off a one page sketch, making it a double... the girls used Basic Grey Perhaps paper instead of the Scarlett Letter.... I need to take a picture of the pink example....
the second page was an aussie scrap source kit i did months a go and I gave the girls all different papers and they all came up with great layouts.

Need to go and head into Maitland to buy some cricket whites....
